They are rude and ignorant! Well getting past this issue there was then as everyone has complained about was the $100.00 deposit. Well when we went to check in we were told they did not have to honor what was done on the internet and the room charge was going to be more than what was quoted.
Had reservation receipts from internet with me. My room was to be comped for the week my mothers room was to be $110.00 for the week.
I used the total reward reservation site then after making my reservation I phoned to confirm everything was good.
I booked my rooms on line one for myself and husband the other for my mother.
